In this paper,effects of conventional cure system(CV),effective cure system(EV),semi-effective cure system(SEV),equivalent cure system(EC) on the physical-mechanical properties and cure reversion resistance of cured natural rubber were studied.研究了普通(CV)、有效(EV)、半有效(SEV)和平衡(EC)四种硫化体系对NR抗硫化返原和硫化胶物理机械性能的影响。

The results showed that MH,scorch time and t90 of NR compound changed a little when the addition level of the anti-reversion agent SR534 was less than 2 phr;the reversion percentage of NR compound was decreased,the anti-reversion characteristic was improved as the addition level of the anti-reversion agent SR534 increased.结果表明,抗硫化返原剂SR534用量不超过2份时,NR胶料的MH、焦烧时间和t90变化不大;随着抗硫化返原剂SR534用量的增大,NR胶料的硫化返原率减小,抗硫化返原性能提高。
