This article discusses the decarbonization treatment of melting salt electrolyzed metal Nd with a carbon content of 1300 ppm by means of vacuum melting.本文对熔盐电解制备的稀土金属钕脱碳处理前后的显微组织变化,以及碳在钕中存在的形式及其变化进行了实验研究,初步确定了脱碳处理前碳杂质呈无定形碳,以间隙杂质形态存在金属钕中,脱碳后碳杂质形成MgC_2新生相和C的聚集,部分碳杂质从金属钕中脱去,使钕的碳含量降低到700ppm以下。eKU汉语字典
